Subject: This is getting expensive- 925 Flex head problem


Callao, Missouri
The right side of the reel demolished itself late in the season last year. Now the left side has started to as well. The fix I used for the right side was new 'spiders' (the black side shields) and used a torch to bend the arms back out.

Anyone know why this is happening?

How do I fix it?

The combine has to deal with some really steep hills, and has no lateral tilt so I wonder if the strain of the reel is causing it to bend on it's own weight.
