Yes, i read every word, and even re-read it before posting a reply, because it was a bit hard to follow. I see that it has been edited in the last few minutes, my reply was hours ago.

I stand by what I said...pay the bill! I have never seen any labor for erection included in the price of steel, unless it was listed as a line item on the quote. Usually if it is on there at all, it's made plain that its an estimate. And Plowboy is right on this one...steel has dropped significantly since January, so a more recent quote should be lower. That's not your vendor's fault, its' yours for buying too soon. Not saying you should have known, but that's the way it works sometimes in business. I'm in the same boat on some supplies I bought too soon, but it was my call, and I won't try to blame someone else, or weasel something for nothing.
