Gobbler's Knob | There is a certain arrogance that goes along with driving large machinery (King of the Road), and to some this arrogance seems to make it ok to let certain laws slide while driving, even myself in the day. Already this morning, I watched a city worker roll a stop sign with an end loader, as well as the dump truck behind it. I watched my neighbor pull a baler with two racks and only slow, not stop, at two stop signs. I watched another neighbor turn his semi into his lane without signaling. And this was all before 9:am and it isn't even planting or harvesting season. Just imagine what goes on then. Farmers and other machinery operators in my area are no different here as they are there.
