nc IA | I'd go back to them - the very minimum they should do is discount any remaining bill / credit back for a percentage. Be alot easier if you have / had any sort of contract or even hand written notes on the color, or a sales ticket with it on it / purchase order.
Being local you'd hope / think they would be a little more inclined to make it right vs the big box...
If it were the same steel from same company in the same color I could understand - I have seen where they switch coils on the roller machine and there be a VERY minor subtle difference.... but that isn't your case here by any means it sounds. | |
