nc IA | I put in the 29/30 gauge in mine which is on 7' centers, blew in about a R36-R40 on top of it, definately "stitch" together your lap rib, I put 5 stitch screws in between each truss. Wouldn't want to be alot wider with that insulation load though, but I did use cellulose for cost - if you plan on using fiberglass it is lighter which would make a difference. As jedeka said Morton uses their same .019" 26 gauge steel for liner panel as well, only differenece is that they will use polyester paint instead of the kynar they use outside. | |
