Boone, Iowa | I used Morton steel on my ceiling and blew insulation on top. Make sure you put up a vapor barrior between the steel and the insulation. My Morton trusses are 7 1/2 ft on centers and we ordered 15 ft 3 in long pieces. I cannot think another foot is going to make a difference. I also bought a box of white, hex headed screws to hold up the steel. These are installed in the flat part of the sheet, next to a rib. | |
