Subject: JD vac planter problem

Amherst WI
I thought I was going to be done planting today. My sweet corn is the last thing to go in. When I started out the row that is always a little less than everyone else was giving me problems. By the time I was done for the day (had enough) I had 5 rows that weren't quite up to par. Where should I start trouble shooting? The manual had a page and a half for low seed count. I did put on a new door seal on the 1st problem row this year, it seemed to help but not much. I also cleaned sensors and that was not the problem. A kinze or a JD finger pickup is starting to look better and better.
