Been there - what worked for us was the nozzle trick. Take the drains out at each tower then take all the nozzles out one span at a time and work your way to the end of the pivot. After you get a span clear and clear water out the drain put the nozzles and drain back on. BTW keep track of what nozzle goes where. This worked for us on a T&L a few years ago.
