central Ia | it says regroved not recapped there is a difference. County I work for was running recaps on the frt of the trucks, they thought it was cheaper to run them, it was until the day one blew and took off a fiber glass hood on a L9000 Ford. On some sized tires they worked well on others they just wanted to separate from the casing, like I said you can run them but don't know if it a good thing.
