Macon, IL | Depends on how fast you drive. My spraying quad doesn't have speedometer on it-but I can pretty accrurately tell the speed I drive.
I just went out early 1 morning and put 5 gallon of water in and drove through the field until it was gone-measured that distance with GPS and multipled it by 10ft spray pattern to get # of square feet. Approximately 44,000 sq feet per acre. Divided into that and learned I was spraying right at 10gpa +- a bit.
Could do the same thing sitting still if you have a jug to catch volume off tips and multiply.
