I bought a chip from them for my MXM190. The first chip they sent me was the wrong one. The second one they sent did not work. The third one they sent worked...... sometimes. The power boost was definately noticable, but the engine would die without warning (computer shutdown).

I asked for a refund, but they told me that I would have to talk directly to the manufacturer. The phone number they gave me was disconnected. A quick web search determined that the manufacturer had went out of business a few days before I had ordered the chip. I called IDC again and they were aware of the situation, but would not help.

This left me with a bad impression of IDC. I first read about IDC on AgTalk and they seemed to have a good reputation. That is why I decided to do business with them. Anyhow, I am probably the only one to have had a problem with them.
