How do you define out of date?

i have not heard about an out of date tire , but that does not mean the law does not exist.

the rep. from freightliner will write up tires on the drive axle that have been recapped that are 1- an older casing than te truck model , a casing that has been capped 2 times , or mismatched tread design .

it seems like we spend 80% of out budget putting tires on trade in trucks .

:(
