| We use those on 2 of our GS2 systems, we got them to reduce screen traffic & wear. They are considerably easier to get along with than I first thought they would be, quite user friendly. My only minor criticism is that a dedicated auto steer on /off button would have been nice (unless the new ones are different to ours).
If the bracket you have is way bulky looking for where your trying to put it, its most likely the bracket that is supplied to mount them beside the screen using the screens mounting screws to secure it.
If their worth while or not in your application depends I guess. We put up to 2000 hours a year on the separate machines & some of the condition we're in require you to be getting in & out of the cab all day covered in filth & any dirt etc on our hands will damage the screens very rapidly. I believe we'd go through screen fairly regular without them.
