Subject: Parallel Batteries

What would happen if two 12v batteries were hooked parallel but the batteries had different CCA ratings? Say a battery with 1000 CCA was hooked parallel to a battery with a 700 CCA rating......what kind of output would one get? ...and is this something to avoid doing?
