Without me reading Dodge/Cummings book, is there somewhere that says they ONLY approve (allow) certain filters? Is there wording that says any "cross-referenced" filter would be OK? I guess I really don't know of any mfg that doesn't first recommend their own filter.

Does Dodge filter have some indicator telling driver that filter is by-passing...if it is?
