Subject: what am I missing?

West Central Iowa

I run a 12 row w/e-sets on a 89xx on #1. It works fine as far as I can tell. What would be the benefit of using #2 for the vac motor? If anything, the vac level stays steady or increases when raising or lowering the planter.
