Nearly all carts when full are grossly overweight on the axle. So if you have the cart on the road and you are 10, 20 or 30K over on an axle that would be considered negligent and reckless. Again I'm not saying it's right or wrong and yes I've done it so I'm guilty too, but you just have to be aware of the potential problems. When someones mother, daughter, husband or son is dead you will have a hard time proving you were in the right no matter how many lights or signs you have. Way too many lawyers out there trying to make a name.
