I'm not saying that farmers are entitled to just do whatever they want when they want on the roads but we do need to use them sometimes. If a farmer has done his part to make the equipment safe and visible(SMV sign, flashers, etc) and is not operating in a reckless manner which is pretty hard to do with a tractor and grain cart full of grain unless you want some spilled then they have done their part to prevent accidents. The rest is up to the other drivers. I know that the law may not see it that way, which is really complete BS, but what can ya do.
