Yep, to windshield washer fluid. Read the label. They're selling it around here that's "32*". That would be awful!
Your local radiator repair shop would love to let you pump your drums full. Suck from the middle of their tank. The bottom can be cruddy, the top who knows. Test it for piece of mind.
