| In Iowa since it's a bumper hitch trailer it could be considered a "farm trailer" which doesn't require a license or brakes and I think only one red tail light but is limited to 35 mph or slower. Personally if it came with a tittle, brakes and lights I would go ahead and license it since it doesn't cost very much per year and in Iowa some seasonal stuff can be licensed for only part of the year to make it even cheaper. | |
