I am confident that the response you get from placing the phos in a band with the seed will far outway the cost difference of buying cheap drills and making a seperate pass. Banding with seed has scientifically proven itself time and again to be a far better economical solution to phos fertilizer. My suggestion, spend the extra money for the 10-34-0, or create a way to band the 11-52-0 with the planter. Now, if you are using precision guidance and planting directly back onto this band, then this might work, yet the fert box on these drills doesn't hold many pounds.
