Had same problem first time I moved some on 1070, similar arangement if I remember correctly. The pickle fork to remove the tie rod on both ends and then get it so you can get some type of penetrating oil to start going through it is about all I can recall. I did mine on tractor and just kept at it until I got some movement then it came great.
