Subject: RE: milking parlor questions

We have a Swing 20 that we mostly built ourselves, It has boumatic meters and takeoffs and Dairymaster claws/inflation's and pulsation. We are very satisfied with it, Dairymaster only makes Hi-line parlours and it works really well, teat ends are in good condition and even without fore-stripping we have low unit-on times.

Our parlour just has a brisket height rail along the front and the cows just push in parrell with nothing but the cows themselves keeping them together. It's popular in New-Zealand. then the cows just exit through the end. This could be done in a old tie-stall because it does not require alot of width. We can milk over 200 cows an hour in our double 20 with two people.
