These guys are farming 100 plus miles away. So landlords have NO idea who these guys are. If you drove 100 miles from your farm and tried to rent a chunk of ground your telling me that you think the landlord would know who you are. Or as you say the what, when, where and how. Sort of doubt it!!!!! These new landlord will have no idea until they talk to them and look at what they are all about on the website. These guys are farming in multiple states not just one county. | |
