If you have a "good" year. There wouldn't be a claim anyway, so one would definitely benefit from inflating yields.

At what point does a crime go from "none of my business" to something i would be compelled to investigate?

For example, if I see someone run a stop sign, am I going to say something? No.

If I hear that a child is being abused at my neighbor's house, am I going to do or say something? Yes.

For the record, I am kind of in the camp of keeping my nose out of the alleged fraud, but sometimes I'm not sure that is the most moral track to take.
