I would maybe consider 25% of what the lawyers bill is, they likely did the same number of hours as you, or at least they will have kept better track of their hours. If you have been at this for 6 years you definately need something for your time. FWIW I am a board member on my county federation of agriculture and I get $35 per meeting (max 2 per day) and $0.50 per mile for mileage expenses. That gives you something to start with. | |
