I wanted to post a hypothetical situation here, to see what people's course of action would be.
Here's the hypothetical... If you heard a rumor that a farmer in your area was hauling corn to different binsites before they were to be inspected, so as to inflate their proven yields for crop insurance purposes... what would you do, if anything.
