eastern south central KS | My father was bitten by a brown recluse quite a few years ago. The most common first symptom is a strange one... severe itching of the palms of your hands along with general flu like symptoms. My father ending up with a necrosis cone around the bite area and spent two days in the hospital. Agree that hot tub is probably not a great idea, ice never hurts.... but 12 V. shock neutalizing toxin??? Maybe I'd have to experience that personally; just doubt I could make myself hang on to plug wire long enough to help!!! | |
