Bloomfield, KY. | Been through a lot of nice small towns, too many to list, so I will show my biases by nominating --
Bardstown, KY. Our county seat has a lot of beautiful 150-200 yr. old homes, not to mention "Federal Hill", the home that inspired the state song.
My hometown of Bloomfield, KY. has experienced a rebirth in recent years, and has a very attractive, 1890's vintage, downtown. It helps to have at least one civic-minded citizen who is a billionaire!
