...that dirt is bad stuff...& by the time you notice any problem, like you said, it's too late. Intake hose clamps are something I'm totally paranoid about, I keep rechecking them till the hood goes on, just to be sure....sorry about your bad luck, but you should have a good tractor now for a long time.
JD 4650 blowby continued, found the problem, not good!
