We have 8" augers under the bins. If I was building anything new it would be at least 10" and may as well be 12"
We have augers oriented so that two bins 8" augers unload into the same spot. Use 13" auger to go from there to the truck. You'll be overloaded if you leave it running more then 9 minutes.
