Afriend of mine used to build roads here in northern Manitoba. Part of the contract stated he had to supply tow equipment when vehicle owners demanded it. He advised a car owner not to get towed through but the guy insisted.
When they got to the other end the front cross member on the car had sheared off enough of the "mud" that it packed it around the engine and bulged the hood.
