You can use your mouse: right click on the text of the post. Then select "save as". A window will pop up and ask you what folder to save it in. You can also select to save it as an individual webpage or as a complete webpage (a complete webpage will create an additional folder to hold images).

If you go this route, it helps to create a special folder to keep these organized.
