When I trade I do because I need a bigger, wider, faster planter to "get ur done" It's required to farm more land. Also I just like the smell of new paint and it impresses the neighbors. No, really it's just a matter of time, economics, and want. As I get older the folding and/or swingers are looking better to me. I still unhook my 12 row 900 to transport endwise because at the time it was $18,000 less than a front fold version CaseIH. Now that I have more money than I can pay bills, it's looking better. Thank goodness corn is finally over $3. Ted CenOH | |
