We have a 20 foot telescoping one from Uncommon USA. It is aluminum with spring loaded buttons to release and telescope it up or down. Simple to install. Comes with a pvc pipe that you bury with some quikrete and it sits in it. Had it about five years and no problems. It came with a flag and I have used their flags and also Annin. Get about a year out of them.
