Eastern Iowa | I know what you mean. It's weird when you have a trustworthy old piece of machinery that you like for a long time, and when it eventually fails you buy another old piece of machinery that is still well-used but higher capacity than the old one, and you feel like you make some sort of 5000 year leap in technology with a 20 year old machine.
Happens a lot around my place. Nobody was ever so excited to have a ten year old combine as I was when we "retired" the 22 year old one! | |
