Need more information on your computer /phone & operating system and what browser you are using.

There have been some issues with the flash application here that allows the multiple picture upload.

I was having issues with this feature as well, but after updating Adobe Flash it seems to be back to normal.

You can add multiple pictures using the alternative method you just need to add them one at a time.
