southern MN | I've only been to a few, but to use your example, the five lots were bid over & over until there was no bid at all on any of the lots a whole time through.
So lets say by round 4 of bidding, only lot 4 went up in value.
For round 5, all 5 lots would again be bid on. Nothing was sold until there was a full range of bidding with no bids.
Kind of an odd arrangement.
