I sort of understand that part, I just don't understand when they start lumping tracts together. Such as auctioning #2 and 3 together, then 2, 3, and 4, and so on. I remember somewhere reading a flyer that mentioned that all tracts would be offered indivdually and in different combinations and would be sold in a manner which brought the most money to the seller.
