Sunflower State | On V-day here in Dodge, myself and a hundred other Fathers were buying our Princesses balloons. The lady at the counter said to hang onto it and I did. Got all the way to the car and one of two got loose so I grabbed it and number 2 took off. Grrrrrr. Back inside for a replacement. While walking to the store I saw two other dads pointing to the sky holding only a string.
The Walmart staff stuck those balloons to the string with only two sided tape. Won't work in cold weather and high wind. The third balloon received my hill billy treatment before we left. The girls were ecstatic.
BTW - that will be a $1.50 if you intend to keep:)
