Bob has the winning perspective.

All motion is relative. It doesn't matter how fast you are traveling relative to the ground (or the Moon or the star Vega). You lead a target only when it is moving relative to your position -- and there is no relative motion in this example.

But you do have a 50 MPH crosswind, same as if you were shooting from a bench. You will need to make a windage adjustment.
