central Indiana | Referees have to move and get in position just like players do. Many times a ref will just stand and therfore not get a good look which leads to being lazy and not making consistent good calls. I have coached for many years and have seen a lot of good and a lot of lazy. One other note, a smile goes a long way, or attitude if you will. If a ref is not enjoying what he does he should get out. | |
