Yep, I'm betting you're right on the door.  We had one torn off a combine while it was being delivered to us some years ago.

If it had the hood panels on it would look a whole lot better.  I was expecting that it had been ran into things, but  I just went through the pictures looking pretty close, and there really isn't anything bent up on it other then the door. 

I can't figure out what's up with the missing hub and inside wheel, though.  That tire has way too much tread, too.
