Mather, Manitoba | prob a bad idea. If you're in Canada and you get caught running them your in major trouble. Hefty fine to run marine radios on land. Signals are made to bounce off the water (or land in your case) and can interfere with other devices. I'm not sure on licensing but you shouldn't get a licence if your on land anyways. They won't grant you one. So you'll have to run illegally, without a licence. | |
