Location Location Location How much have you got to put down, that will greatly affect the payment schedule and may favour one over the other. What about future value appreciation of the land? Do you feel one will gain in value more then the other based on some known factor factors? Myself if I could swing it I would lean towards the $5000/acre stuff, but I'd have to think long and hard about it. |
