Could you post a picture of the "cutter" bolt removed so we can better see the angle profile ground on the end of it.

Also your spirals look very even and uniform how do you control the rate at which it cuts through the pipe ? does it kind of advance at it's own natural rate or is there some other trick to getting it to advance the same distance with each revolution ?

Is it best to clamp one end of the pipe in a vice or just hold the poly pipe in one hand and advance the cutter with the other ?

Looks like a wonderful alternative to the high dollar hose wraps.

Wondering about setting up a cutter in a powered pipe threader. Could make a whole roll of wrap in real short order.
