True north steel has new vertical 16,800 gallon oil field storage tanks for $9,500 plus delivery out of Fargo. They are painted olive green. This price includes new 30gpm fuel pump and all plumbing needed for fuel. The tanks are epoxy lined on the bottom.
I realize you didn’t want steel but these are a very attractive price for a new tank. I’m sure you would get at least $1k discount since your not going to need pump and meter.
