Texas | I am fortunate to have a great relationship with my dad.
I have tried blunt bangs many times and have a love/hate relationship with them. I love them the day I get my hair cut and hate them a week later.
While I avoided getting blunt bangs with this haircut, my bangs ended up at a length that is cute to look at, but very annoying to live with. They are long enough to tickle my nose, but too short to put behind my ears. I can also do the ridiculous hair covers one eye look, which is great on a model in a magazine; but frustrating when trying to get twine off a hay bale.
I am also very familiar with, and own quite a few of, the ugly little plastic clips that seem so needed. If I curl my hair, with the use of hairspray I can keep the bangs out of my eyes. If I straighten my hair, I will normally use a bobby pin or two to pull the bangs back and try to pin them under another section of hair so the bobby pins are hidden. Otherwise, I style it and leave it down and then spend half of my day moving my hair off my face, but it looks cute.
