I think the magic number is 110, after that the rules change. So, a 150 gallon will probably have to be custom made to fly under the radar. Son did one close to 300 that fit under the bed rails on a pickup, made it look like it was a toolbox/tank combo. Customer told me about the"rules" on bigger tanks. Someone might chime in and correct me
