| Those were taken up at Husker Harvest Days outside GI, Neb. This was about a week after the show, mid Sept. I had a good friend that sent me some pix of this tractor when he saw it back then. I have found out that the 3 different lines of this tractor have 3 different ad agencies doing their literature/promotion. If you look at the AGCO orange version, it is a pretty good piece of lit. 50+ pages, if you look at the Challenger version it is only 22+ pages. The Agco literature actually tells you something about the specs of the tractor, the Challenger one is, well lets say lacking, in details. It never ceases to amaze me what big companies do to throw money away. This tractor can be sold in three colors with very little changing on each rig, why do they have three different business units to produce lit and press releases??? I guess I am just to simple minded and thrifty (cheap) to see the advantage of this. | |
